These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ZetaRank.com, ZetaRank WordPress and WooCommerce plugins, license services, Google-connected features, support services, and related products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing the Services, purchasing a ZetaRank product, installing a ZetaRank plugin, or connecting a third-party account, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

1. About ZetaRank

ZetaRank provides software, plugins, licensing services, integrations, and related tools for WordPress and WooCommerce websites.

In these Terms, “ZetaRank,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating ZetaRank.com. “You” and “your” refer to the person or organization using the Services.

If you use the Services for a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age required to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use the Services.

You may not use the Services if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

3. Accounts

Some Services may require a ZetaRank account.

You agree to:

Provide accurate and current account information.
Keep your login credentials secure.
Promptly update your information when it changes.
Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account.

You may not sell, transfer, share, or provide unauthorized access to your ZetaRank account or license keys.

We may suspend an account when we reasonably believe it has been compromised, used fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms.

4. Software Licenses

When you purchase a ZetaRank plugin, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to install and use the plugin according to the license plan purchased.

Ownership of the plugin and its intellectual property is not transferred to you.

The number of websites on which you may activate a product is determined by the license plan shown at checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, one website license permits activation on one live WordPress installation.

A license key may not be:

Resold, rented, sublicensed, or publicly distributed.
Shared between unrelated customers or organizations.
Used on more websites than the purchased plan permits.
Used to bypass payment, activation, or licensing restrictions.
Included in another product or service for resale without written authorization.

Development or staging activations may be allowed at our discretion and may be subject to technical verification.

5. License Period and Renewal

Unless a product page or order states otherwise, a paid ZetaRank license is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

During the active license period, you may receive:

Plugin updates.
Security and compatibility releases.
License activation services.
Technical support covered by your plan.
Access to connected services included with the product.

When the license expires, you must purchase or complete a renewal order and activate the renewed license to continue receiving updates, support, and license-dependent online services.

Your installed plugin may continue functioning after expiration if technically possible, but ZetaRank does not guarantee continued functionality, compatibility, security updates, API access, Google connectivity, or support for an expired license.

If automatic renewal is offered, it will be clearly disclosed during checkout. You authorize recurring charges only when you expressly choose an automatically renewing plan. You may cancel a future automatic renewal through your account or by contacting us before the renewal charge.

6. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Prices are displayed on the applicable product page or checkout page and may change at any time. A price change does not affect an order already completed but may apply to renewals and future purchases.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize our payment provider to charge the applicable amount.

You are responsible for taxes, duties, bank fees, currency-conversion fees, and similar charges associated with your purchase unless we are legally required to collect them.

We may suspend or terminate paid Services when a payment is overdue, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the refund policy displayed on ZetaRank.com or presented during checkout.

To request a refund, contact us at support@zetarank.com and include your order number and reason for the request.

Unless required by applicable law, we may refuse a refund where:

The refund period has expired.
The license has been misused or shared.
The product was purchased for a feature not advertised by ZetaRank.
The issue results from an unsupported website, plugin, theme, server, or third-party modification.
You have refused to provide reasonable information needed to investigate a reported problem.
Fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms is suspected.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

8. WordPress and WooCommerce Requirements

You are responsible for maintaining:

A properly functioning WordPress installation.
A supported version of WordPress, WooCommerce, and PHP.
Secure web hosting and an HTTPS certificate where required.
Current backups of your website and database.
Compatible themes, plugins, server settings, and third-party services.
Necessary administrator permissions.

You should test updates on a staging website and create a complete backup before installing or updating a plugin.

ZetaRank is not responsible for failures caused by unsupported software, outdated systems, server restrictions, third-party conflicts, user modifications, malware, compromised websites, or incorrect configuration.

9. Google-Connected Services

Some ZetaRank products may allow you to connect a Google account or use Google APIs.

When connecting a Google account, you authorize ZetaRank to access and process the information and permissions displayed on Google’s authorization screen. ZetaRank will use Google user data only to provide the features you request and as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for:

Selecting the correct Google account.
Maintaining authorization to manage the connected account.
Reviewing the permissions requested.
Ensuring that product and business information submitted to Google is accurate.
Complying with Google’s applicable policies, eligibility rules, and content requirements.

You may disconnect ZetaRank through the plugin settings, ZetaRank account settings when available, or your Google Account permissions page.

Your use of Google services is also subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies, including the Google APIs Terms of Service.

ZetaRank is an independent service unless expressly stated otherwise. ZetaRank is not Google and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Google.

10. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with WordPress, WooCommerce, Google, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics services, and other third-party products.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for:

A third party’s availability, security, or performance.
Changes to third-party APIs, policies, prices, or functionality.
Account suspension or rejection by a third party.
Product-listing approval, advertising approval, rankings, traffic, or sales.
Data loss or errors originating from a third-party platform.

We may modify or discontinue an integration when a third party changes or withdraws the access required to provide it.

11. Product Listings and Merchant Information

You remain responsible for all store and product information submitted through the Services, including product names, descriptions, prices, availability, images, shipping details, tax information, identifiers, and policy disclosures.

You confirm that:

The information is accurate and not misleading.
You have the right to use and submit the content.
The products comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
Your website contains all required contact, shipping, return, payment, and privacy information.
You will correct errors promptly.

ZetaRank does not guarantee that Google or another platform will approve, display, rank, advertise, or continue accepting any product, account, feed, or website.

12. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to:

Violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right.
Sell or promote prohibited, illegal, counterfeit, or deceptive products.
Distribute malware or harmful code.
Gain unauthorized access to an account, website, server, or network.
Interfere with the security or operation of the Services.
Circumvent licensing, usage, or technical restrictions.
Reverse engineer a protected component except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Copy, resell, or redistribute our paid Services without authorization.
Submit false or misleading information.
Abuse support, licensing, OAuth, or API systems.
Use the Services in a way that could harm ZetaRank, another user, or a third party.

We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services or comply with the law.

13. Updates and Changes to the Services

We may release security patches, bug fixes, improvements, compatibility changes, and new features.

You are responsible for installing available updates. Continuing to use an outdated version may expose your website to security, compatibility, or performance problems.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary because of security issues, legal requirements, third-party platform changes, technical limitations, or business decisions.

Where reasonably practical, we will provide notice before discontinuing a significant paid feature.

14. Support

Support is available only for customers with an eligible active license unless otherwise stated.

Support may include assistance with installation, configuration, licensing, documented features, and reproducible product errors.

Support does not include:

General WordPress or WooCommerce development.
Custom feature development.
Website design or content creation.
Repair of hosting, themes, or unrelated plugins.
Management of Google accounts or appeals.
Guaranteed compatibility with every third-party product.
Recovery of hacked websites or lost data.

We may ask you to provide diagnostic information, screenshots, logs, or temporary website access. You are responsible for creating a backup and removing unnecessary personal or confidential information before granting access.

15. Intellectual Property

ZetaRank and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, including software, source code, interfaces, designs, documentation, trademarks, branding, and website content.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of any ZetaRank intellectual property.

“WordPress,” “WooCommerce,” “Google,” and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

16. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, or product feedback, you grant ZetaRank permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to improve and develop the Services.

This does not give us ownership of your store content, personal information, or confidential business data.

17. Privacy

Our collection and processing of personal information are described in the ZetaRank Privacy Policy:

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

18. Confidentiality and Website Access

If you provide temporary administrator access for support, we will use it only as reasonably necessary to investigate or resolve your request.

You should:

Create a temporary account whenever possible.
Limit its permissions.
Make a current website backup.
Remove the account when support is complete.
Change any credentials that were shared.

Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, payment data, or other sensitive credentials through insecure channels.

19. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

ZetaRank does not guarantee that:

The Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Every plugin will work with every theme, plugin, server, or third-party service.
Google or another platform will approve an account, website, product, or listing.
Use of the Services will increase traffic, rankings, revenue, conversions, or sales.
All errors or compatibility issues can be corrected.
Data transmitted to a third party will be processed without delay or modification.

You are responsible for reviewing synchronized information and maintaining independent backups.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZetaRank and its owners, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data, website downtime, loss of goodwill, or rejected product listings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZetaRank’s total liability arising from a particular product or Service will not exceed the amount you paid to ZetaRank for that product or Service during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold ZetaRank and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:

Your misuse of the Services.
Your store, products, content, or business activities.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of applicable law or a third party’s rights.
Information you submit to Google or another third-party platform.

22. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

You violate these Terms.
Payment is invalid, reversed, or overdue.
A license is shared, resold, or fraudulently used.
Your use creates a security or legal risk.
A third-party service withdraws required access.
We are legally required to do so.

When access ends, your right to use license-dependent services also ends. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute provisions—will remain effective.

Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

23. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Country and province/state where your business is registered], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The courts located in [City and country] will have jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Before starting formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days, unless urgent legal relief is reasonably necessary.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, applicable law, security practices, or business operations.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. If a material change significantly affects an active paid Service, we will provide additional notice where reasonably required.

Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional consent.

25. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written permission. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, asset transfer, or similar business transaction.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the applicable product description, and the terms displayed during checkout, form the entire agreement concerning the Services.
