ZetaRank (“ZetaRank,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides WordPress and WooCommerce software that enables merchants to connect their online stores with supported Google services.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you when you use ZetaRank.com, our plugins, and our Google-connected services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide when you:

Create or manage a ZetaRank account.
Purchase or activate a ZetaRank license.
Connect your website or store to a supported Google service.
Contact us for customer service or technical support.
Submit forms through our website.

This information may include your name, email address, business name, website URL, billing details, license information, and support communications.

Payment card information may be processed directly by our payment provider. ZetaRank does not intentionally store complete payment card numbers.

Google User Data

When you choose to connect a Google account, ZetaRank uses Google OAuth 2.0 to request your authorization.

Depending on the features you activate and the permissions shown on Google’s consent screen, ZetaRank may access or process:

Your Google account identifier and email address.
Basic Google profile information.
Google Merchant Center account information.
Product listings, product feeds, inventory information, pricing, availability, and related product status information.
Store or business information associated with supported Google services.
Diagnostic information, synchronization results, account warnings, and product errors provided by Google APIs.
Other Google data specifically described on the authorization screen and required for a feature you choose to use.

ZetaRank only requests Google permissions necessary to provide the features selected by the user.

WooCommerce and Website Data

When you use a ZetaRank plugin, we may process information from your WordPress or WooCommerce website, including:

Product titles and descriptions.
Product images and URLs.
Prices, sale prices, currency, and availability.
Product identifiers, categories, brands, and attributes.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy

ZetaRank’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features that are visible and important to the operation of the ZetaRank service.
Google user data is not sold.
Google user data is not used to create advertising profiles or serve personalized advertisements.

Humans do not read Google user data unless we have your affirmative permission for a specific support or security purpose, doing so is necessary to investigate abuse or comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operational purposes.
Google user data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

4. OAuth Tokens

ZetaRank may securely store Google OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens so that authorized features can continue operating without requiring you to reconnect your account for every synchronization.

Tokens are used only to perform actions you authorize. We apply reasonable safeguards designed to protect stored credentials against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

We do not disclose OAuth tokens to advertisers, data brokers, or other unrelated third parties.

5. How We Share Information

We may disclose information only in the following circumstances:

Service Providers

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, database services, security, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and customer support. These providers may process information only as necessary to perform services for ZetaRank and are subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Google Services

When you request synchronization or another Google-connected feature, relevant store information may be transmitted to Google according to your instructions and Google account permissions.

Google processes that information under its own terms and privacy policies.

Legal and Security Requirements

Backups and security logs may retain limited information for a reasonable period before automatic deletion.

7. Disconnecting Google and Deleting Data

You may disconnect ZetaRank from your Google account using the connection settings provided by the ZetaRank plugin or service.

You may also revoke ZetaRank’s access through your Google Account permissions.

Revoking access prevents future access to your Google account but may not automatically delete information previously stored by ZetaRank.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
